Nevertheless, you should wear each set of aligners for 20 to 22 hours daily.

You will then replace each aligner with the next in the series every two weeks as your teeth gradually shift into place. You must check in with our dentist every six weeks to receive your next series of aligners. Once you have completed all your aligners, you will have your final appointment with your dentist. At this appointment, you will receive retainers from wearing at night to maintain your new smile.
